Thank you for shopping with Aloha Bliss Skin Care. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
During promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Aloha Bliss Skin Care may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable shipping offers will be clearly noted on our website.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and are determined by the shipping carrier.
While most orders arrive within the carrier's estimated delivery window, Aloha Bliss Skin Care cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Local Pickup
We are pleased to offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

Orders selected for local pickup will typically be ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving.
A valid photo ID and your order confirmation may be requested at pickup.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Aloha Bliss Skin Care is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged shipments, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution whenever possible.
