At Aloha Bliss Skin Care, we take pride in carefully selecting professional-grade skincare products that deliver exceptional results. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing excellent customer care.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.
If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.
Irritation or Allergic Reactions
We understand that every individual's skin is unique. If a product purchased from Aloha Bliss Skin Care causes significant irritation, a rash, or an allergic reaction within 7 days of purchase, please contact us immediately.
To request a return under this policy, we ask that you:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Stop using the product immediately.
- Provide your order number.
- Include clear photos of the affected area, if possible.
Once reviewed, we may offer a refund, store credit, or exchange at our discretion. Products must be returned, even if partially used, before a refund or exchange is processed.
Please note that mild tingling, temporary redness, or expected reactions associated with active ingredients (such as retinoids, acids, or exfoliating treatments) do not necessarily indicate an allergic reaction and may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Professional Skincare Disclaimer
Skincare results vary from person to person based on skin type, lifestyle, consistency, and product usage. Because of these individual factors, we cannot offer refunds based on product performance or personal preference.
If you experience irritation or have questions about your skincare regimen, please contact us before discontinuing use. We are happy to help adjust your routine or recommend alternative products.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim whenever applicable.
